Berlin in pictures

The German capital keeps monuments, stores or even anecdotes in readiness, which definitely have to be in my Berlin Journal. They might not need extensive explanations, but they must be at least mentioned and shown – and that is why amongst others the iconic little traffic-light men have a place (and an explanation) in this chapter. Just like the gigantic sculpture not far from the East Side Gallery that sticks out of the river Spree. Or the iron sculpture in front of the Chancellery building, made by a famous basque artist.

As you know, a picture is worth a thousand words. That is the reason for “Berlin in pictures”.
